Eviction of Tresspassers under Common Law can often be effected within 24 to 48 hours of us receiving instructions. DOWNLOAD COMMON LAW AUTHORITY TO EVICT To attend site and serve Order / Notice we charge £100 for Up to 5 caravans and thereafter £10 per additional caravan. Plus travel @.45 pence per mile out of Leicester. ( or Bailiffs Home City/ Town ) To Re-attend site the following day (or 24 hours later) or on the date specified by any Court Order To carry out an eviction the Bailiff Charge is £75 per hour(Minimum 4 hours) Tow Trucks are charged at a seerate and additional rate subject to nuber of caravans and circumstances, full details provided upon request.
